The Big Breath Workshop


Breathing is often taken for granted and seriously overlooked in the search for optimum physical, emotional and mental health.

The big breath workshops allow attendees to discover the true potential of their respiratory systems, offering them the chance to access the wide-ranging benefits which could help them excel in the workplace and beyond.

Benefits include detoxification of the body through the increase of oxygen; release of stress; relaxation of the mind and body; relief from physical and emotional pain; massage of internal organs; improvement of respiratory muscles; strengthening of the immune system; improved mood & possibly a longer, happier life.

Practicing transformational breath, Sarah and Elif are available to work with companies not only for better holistic employee health but to expand development into new areas such as performance, resilience, convergent and divergent thinking and inspired leadership. The workshop runs for 2 ½ hours and consists of:

  • Introduction to Transformational Breath®
  • Benefits of breathing/ issues around dysfunctional breathing
  • The 4 basics of Transformational Breath®
  • The use of sound and movement
  • Breath analysis to develop awareness of individual breath patterns
  • A facilitated session to music, on yoga mats lasting over an hour
  • Debrief and feedback

Sarah Jons and Elif Clarke co-founded The Big Breath Company in December 2015. They belong to a movement to improve World wellbeing by increasing public awareness of the benefits of breath work. With backgrounds in complimentary and traditional healthcare, they know that ‘breath’ is the most powerful self- healing tool available to us all.

Sarah is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator. She is educated to Post Graduate level in Change Management and is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist & NLP New Code Master Practitioner with a practice on Fleet Street. Specialising in stress, anxiety, addictions, and fertility, she is an expert at working with the subconscious, belief systems and breathing.

ELIF CLARKE Co-Founder The Big Breath Company

Elif is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator and trainer. She has over 20 years of experience working as an NHS Psychologist as well as in private practice. Her area of specialism is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for psychological problems, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is a member of the Health & Care Professions Council and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
