We know that mental and physical health are intrinsically linked and that if we eat well, move more and create some simple, healthy habits, we are much more likely to live a life where we thrive and flourish. Yet often we struggle to do this.
In this workshop we cover some basic nutrition, sleep and exercise tips and teach attendees how our cognitive systems affect our behaviour when it comes to health. We address why we struggle to keep our new year’s resolutions and health goals and show you how redesigning our habits can help us improve our diets, levels of movement and sleep quality which will in turn, help us build a resilient body and mind.
